How It Works
Tooltip on Hover
When a phrase is removed, the word before it (e.g. “X”) gets a dotted underline. Hover over it to see what was deleted in a tooltip.
Modification Count
When Formerly Free finds and removes phrases on a page, the number of modifications is displayed as a badge on the extension icon, so you can see at a glance how many changes were made.
Enable / Disable
Click the extension icon to open the popup, then toggle the switch to enable or disable Formerly Free. When disabled, pages will load without any modifications.
